Good range of local beers, nice atmosphere, and extremely nice food. Dogs welcome and made fuss of by bar staff bringing bowl of water and a dog biscuit over to friendly dog. Have been many times, and will go many time more too.

Just been in for the second time for food and drinks, our first visit being 5 years ago and its still just as good as it was then, if not better. Love this place. Really good selection of beers and all really nice and well kept. The food was excellent and very good value for money. We went in on a very busy Friday night but didnt have to wait very long to be served at the bar or for our food to come, as all the staff seem to be very efficient and knowledgeable. Well worth a visit.
Nice food, friendly and efficient staff. Stopped for a quick bite to eat. Can recommend the Malaysian vegetable curry (can add prawns or chicken)
Lovely little place. 15 of us visited after a business trip to York. We were very well looked after. Food was impeccable and service was great. Highly recommended and prices were fantastic. Thanks guys!
