Lovely staff
It's a shame that the people who work here are so judgemental. I accompanied my Mum here several weeks ago to help her pick a dress for my upcoming wedding. We were both dressed nice, nothing over the top, and the service was fine. However, I then returned a few days later to buy she shoes that my Mum has since decided she wanted, and went straight from my job (as an on-call doctor - not that it matters) wearing jeans, trainers and a backpack. The service was horrendous. They literally looked me up and down and wouldn't even acknowledge me until I literally walked up to them and asked to have the shoe in the chosen size. Even when I was paying, they could not raise a smile or demonstrate any kind of politeness. A real "Pretty Woman" judged-on-what-I-wore moment! Horrible women who work there, unforgivably rude and unprofessional, and I will not be buying from LK Bennett again for this reason and after this awful experience.
