The usher/security guard who sits in the magistrates is beyond rude! I've used several courts on a regular basis during my experience and have never ever come across someone so unhelpful and belligerent. The court as a whole including the judiciary that sit there are fair and professional and unfortunately this individual let's the court down. I know other professionals share my view and hope it can be rectified.
Currently sat in a room ... A waiting room for a friend ... To be able to hear what I could only imagine was a legal professional discussing a individuals case in great detail. So much so, I actually can remember the names which were used.... This is completely against the confidentiality act and I am personally very upset and unnerved how at ease they were discussing such a private matter, within a place you should believe to be a safe space ....
An absolute farce, told to appear, get there the next day to be told its vacated, told i could see a judge, yet who i say kept saying the judge thinks etc

The lady who answer the telephone is very unprofessional and cannot even answer the simplest call. You have to persistently call to get your call answered!! Useless
