Great range of goods however staff usher in you out of the door at 5:25 pm is not good.... if WE want to beat On-line competition shops need to give that extra Customer Service!

The only real department store in York and has been around for years. You would hope that they would adjust pricing given that competition has increased but seems unlikely. You can buy perfume and luxury goods here. Good for gift buying and gets very busy during xmas
Very friendly staff. My granddaughter asked for a sandwich which was not on there outdoor stall so they rang the main cafe and had it sent to us. Excellent service
Dior counter second to none, items always in stock, not like other Dior counter's in the York area. Staff very well trained. A real feather in the Dior cap.
