Gone has the day when you walk in and purchase something, everything is delivered,on the upside you done buy in haste, you shop around and find cheaper and quicker.
Why say proceed to your collection point if its going to take you another 10 minutes to retrieve my item and have it at the collection point? A cheat of a target based system I'm guessing....
Brilliant!! What a fantastic experience we had this evening. My mum wanted a landline telephone with answer phone. The 2 ladies Sammy and Emma showed us 4 different models and we were advised on the best one to suit my mum's needs. We were not rushed at any point. We came away happy and will 100 % be coming back. Well done girls!!
Sparse. Lots of space but only three ordering islands. Limited watch display for the size of store. Not a busy time but I was kept waiting over 20 mins for my small single item order. Should be quicker than this if you are going to seriously compete with online ordering. Store clean and tidy but lacking.
Very helpful and attentive staff. Was returning a faulty item, there was no quibbling and the case was resolved quickly & satisfactorily. Well done.
