Following about 9 phone calls to different florist in York, and they either did not pick up their phones or couldn't be bothered to take my order. Then Ello picked up their phone, They couldn't be nicer, The lady was lovely, attentive and very nice. I said the flowers were for my daughter's birthday and she was acting in the York Theatre in the show Hair. My daughter received a beautiful bunch of flowers. well put together and at a very good price. I would recommend Ello Florist to all those people in York. Top service.
