Lovely place lovely people, I am in to week 2 of the trial and am loving it, you have an initial assessment and then during the trial they work on your strength, technique and overall fitness. The gym is a busy gym and has people of all abilities who really help you out. So glad I decided on this Gym having researched others these are by far the best fit for me.

Great facility, great staff who put YOUR needs first in a programmed manner that works.I never thought I would be able to lift the weights or do the reps I can do but these guys get the best out of you whilst making it enjoyable at the same time.Not your typical dull gym, no room for egos, the place has a great atmosphere and dare I say it I actually look forward to my sessions and seeing what I can achieve, which isn't something I would have said 8 months ago before I joined.Keep up the great work Chris, Fred and Rob
