Ware & Kay recently prepared a will for me. A job I had been putting off for a very long time as I thought it was going to be complicated. They (Ian and his team) made it completely straightforward and stress free. They also turned it around quickly. Very good solicitor but everything takes its time too sort out
I sold my house with them. They added 100 to the agreed price due to what they claimed was extra work needed, even though I was only selling and not buying. The sale had proceeded smoothly so I have no idea what extra work could have been. They knew I was leaving the country as soon as the house was sold and hence would be in no position to query the additional cost.
At every stage I was treated with patience and care. All the staff involved with my case we courteous and helpful and despite my not pursuing the case to it's conclusion they could not have been more kind and supportive throughout the whole process.
