Fairly rude employee wouldn't let me buy 4 stongbows because I didn't have ID. I'm 26 years old and don't look a day under 30. I don't understand why she had to have a power trip over the 'challenge 25' policy. She admitted there was no doubt I was over 18, she was just one of those people.
Great prices and staff
We used to be regular Asda shoppers but it now feels like you're shopping in a fairground.. Overpowering din from the loud disco/radio/shop announcerments being blared at you and having to duck, dive and avoid ignorant shoppers there! It doesn't happen at Sainsburys which is where we now prefer to shop.
Fantastic store. Lots of choice and good quality products. Clean shop floor and well presented. Love the clothing section upstairs and the lift is brilliant for parents with pushchairs and wheelchair users. Very accessible with wide aisles. Great cafe and excellent customer service.
Love it... And I work for another big rival company but I love to shop all over.. You get different deals and options what's not to like.. Reason for not 5stars is my mum has had 3 operations on her knees and sometimes would like a Motorisied scooter to make it easier to go round... not always an option as they are quite often out of order.
