Quirky book store with a wide array of genres and academic books. I have purchased books on the Italian renaissance through to Celtic folk tales in Minster books, I guarantee you will snag a unique find here! They have some very rare books in the original editions at the higher price point, and at the lower price point they have some incredibly reasonable classics in their bargain basement, very useful for students! Ive also bought a few of their vintage style art prints which are high quality and reasonably priced. + Staff are incredibly friendly & helpful.
An amazing bookshop! It looks tiny from the outside but has floor after floor of every type of book you could ever want! They have an incredible selection and every book is a bargain - I got a brand new book for 5 when the RRP was 20. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable too - definitely the best bookshop in York.
A great selection of second hand books and publishers remainders all at attractive prices. Also many prints etc of York. Seldom have i left without making a purchase. Give yourself plenty of time for browsing. Highly recommended.
