Alex has been extremely friendly and very helpful from the beginning, I part exchanged my car for a car in particular that I finallyfoundat this dealership, which I have been searching for some while. I also purchased the extended warranty which is great value and provides excellentpeace of mind, worth the extra cost in my view.I didexperiencesome car issues at the beginning, just after purchase. Just had a test drive here today in a used car (2017 reg). Mia, the salesperson was absolutely brilliant in everything she did. She was lovely and polite. The car I drove was great too.The problem was with the actual sale itself.The price of the car was too high and the additional fees for hpi checks was stupid. The dealer wouldn't drop the price on the car, stating it was the cheapest in the area so I left without buying it. I drove down the road for 25 minutes and found 3 more of the same car in the same specification at a cheaper price AND the cars are 12 months newer.Typical dealership not budging on price.I'm not greedy. I just wasn't prepared to pay 200 more for a 2017 car when I can get a 2018 version.I feel sorry for Mia, the salesperson, she was brilliant, but, it just shows that you have to shop around.
My experience with then was good. I took my Citroen there to sort out a recall regarding the bonet, service was good. Mark (Warranty Admin) and Alex (on the phone) were very friendly and willing to help me.
Shocking service from the whole team here. I left a deposit on a Sirocco, sold my car and agreed to come up a few days later to collect the car i had placed a deposit it. I was called few days prior to collection to say the car was priced incorrectly and i cant buy the vehicle. I was promised a call back from a Manager after chasing it up on numerous occasions which as expected never came. Finally after 12 days i got through to a manager. Prior to this the salesman told me the car was still available however it had gone up in price by 3k. The manager Stuart could not have been any more rude. Completely oblivious to the fact that i had agreed a sale. He said they had a pricing issue where the VAT was not added. The price still did not make sense. He then told me the vehicle had been sold however i pointed out the vehicle had failed a MOT 3 weeks ago and had not been retested so how could he have sold the car. Refused to take any responsibility or even apologise and said it was my fault for thinking the car was priced correctly. I still have not received my deposit back. How a Main dealer outfit can talk to a customer like this is beyond me. Did not want to hear any of it and proceeded to put the phone down. In some ways i am glad i didn't buy the car as the after sales and customer service experience could have been a whole lot worse seeing how bad they are before you even complete on a sale. I will be taking this to head office. Please be warned. The cars they sell might be used and APPROVED however there service is washed out and disgusting. Would leave 0 Stars if there was a option for this!!!
