Put a reserve on a Mazda 3 99. My parents bought me a car, so had to cancel going to view it. Friday, I got told by one sales guy that Ill get refunded within 3-5 days, call again on Monday, I get told Ill get it and theyll sort it. This morning I ring and they tell me it may be difficult also it can take 7-10 days and that hell have to speak to the sales team to find out who I was talking to.and that Ill get a call today.. I dont think so.. I have a bank transaction showing I paid the 99 I have call logs to prove I keep trying to get my money back. All I want is my money back. Instead of being told different things by different sales men. Im annoyed and will not drop it. Happy to take it off me. Not very good customer service.. waiting for a call back this morning..? I need it sorting ASAP.

I have used Evans Halshaw for the last two years and I have always found the staff to be helpful, friendly and very pleasant. The level of service and commitment is always high and although they may not be the cheapest you have to remember "you only get what you pay for".
