I was recommended this practice by a work colleague as I had not been to a dentist in a long time and had become self conscious about my teeth. The front tooth had become crooked and I needed several fillings in my back teeth. I have just finished my final appointment after having the Invisalign invisible braces for about 1 year and my teeth now look fantastic. I just wanted to say a big thank you to James and the team they have been so caring and patient all the way through.
Blossom Street is my dentist but I have only managed to have one appointment there owing to the fact that they never, ever answer the phone. I have emailed and left voicemails - all of which have never been returned. I have no other choice but to leave and find another surgery.
Generally very good service. The dentist, Ms Allen and her assistant I see are pleasant and helpful. However I would prefer it if they called me Mr Donnelly rather than Peter in that setting.
My family have been patients at this dental practice since 1996 and it is testimony to the length of time we have used it to show how lovely and friendly the staff are. Our dental surgeon even welcomes us on first name terms and explains everything in a calm and professional manner what treatment needs to be done. Top practice and top staff.
Weve been coming here for a few years as a family. James is great with the boys and passionate about dentistry. I had to have emergency treatment at one stage and they were so helpful. The reception staff are friendly and hygenist very good. If you leave a message when the phone is busy, they are good at calling you back. A great family dentist!
