Had four appointments two cancelled one without me knowing witch was rebooked missed that as I did not know finally saw dentist three weeks later who I had never seen before as they said I could no longer see dentist I have seen for years and now my new dentist has left used to be a really good family dentist gone down hill massively since Bupa took over I only go once a year now and I don't know if I want to do that UPDATE: since Bupa have taken over this practice I have found out that most of the original staff and dentists I new have left that tells a tail on its own
I've been with this practice for 10years but now it's changed to Bupa I can never get anyone to answer the phone, I leave a message and they don't ring back. Now gone 10months without a check up because I can't get through to book it
Used to be great till was turned in too a Bupa practice . Lot of old staff gone no one answers phone .sitting waiting for an appointment 5/6 staff talking phone ringing not once was it answered in 20 minutes i was sat there . Now all about trying to sell you extras .
went to this dentist, had a tooth out, left stitched in after they were reportedly taken out, never been in so much pain in all my life.. she then gave me a treatment plan... i went for a second opinion and she had missed alot off the treatment plan.. shocking.
Not sure whats happened since it was taken over by Bupa but clearly the receptionists arent happy about it. All I heard as I waited for my appointment were audible complaints, whinges and moans about working conditions. No polite greeting as I entered and no smiles from any of the receptionists I engaged with. Oh. And they NEVER answer the phone! The dentists are fabulous but their frontline staff could be more professional.
