take longer than anywhere else to fulfil even simple prescriptions even when told its urgent. i just ordered privately online instead.
I have been using this Practise on and off for thirty some years and have ALWAYS found them be absolutely first rate! Professional, efficient, compassionate and extremely helpful. In these days of horrendous NHS shortages, cutbacks & under funding they always manage to do a phenomenal job; Reception, Admin. Nurses & Doctors alike. Thanks to you all!
This doctor's surgery can only be described as a train smash. The booking system is a shambles , the staff running the booking system is a shambles. You have to book weeks in advance. All of the staff members seemed deflated and clearly don't enjoy what they are doing. The owners of this medical facility should be ashamed. The thing that makes it worse , is that you know that there people will be taking home a bloody fortune.
I have just spent the best part of an hour trying to get through on the phone. My online account has disappeared. The links the surgery gave me to remedy this do not work. No-one answers the phone, all I get is electronic messages no matter what number I press. Unbelievable. What if I ever need an appointment????? I am appalled. I too, am only giving one star because zero is not an option.
Went through online process. Was informed they wold call me back by a certain time on a certain day, five days hence. They didn't call. Maybe they don't understand that when people try to make an appointment to see a doctor, it is because they need to see a doctor. Obviously this is a radical, way-out-there assumption to make .... but hey, this is what I've paid NI stamps for - for four decades - so I thought I'd give it a shot. Not sure what to do now. I gave them 1 star because zero wasn't an option, by the way.
