I took a friend for coffee and a sandwich as she enjoys going there. However, my smoked salmon sandwich had a long white hair in it. When I gave it to the waitress she dismissed it and then came out of the kitchen with a piece of salmon that also had a white hair in It! No apology or anything as if it was perfectly natural to have white hairs in smoked salmon!
Very helpful staff in the flooring department. I wasn't exactly going to be a big spender, but they went out if their way to help me with some vinyl flooring. I would definitely go there again.
