Excellent option for buying second hand furniture! Staff extremely helpful!! Some great items and new white goods and beds are excellent value .. purchased some items and 2 beds which are so comfortable. RECOMMENDED!

Very nice people in the shop and not useful for delivering if you have stairs. Few months ago they brought me a mattress and they didn't stop to complain for the weight and stairs. Today they decided not to carry up another mattress and of course, I understand they can't pick up one desk to the store. They said it wasn't safe.Last time with them. Most of the times Facebook market it's better. But I used prefer a charity.
Arranged a pick up of a glass, 3 shelf TV corner stand as a donation. Its in excellent condition and has been hosting a forty inch LCD flat screen TV for the last 3 years. Three very 'Knowledgeable' jobsworths arrived and declined it on the grounds that was for 'older TVs' ???????? Surely someone could have used it as its like new.
Lovely store and friendly staff, my delivery was on time and the guys were very helpful and they carried my furniture into the house for me. Will definitely be using the store again
