Paid the extra for VIP seats, but because the incline of rows of seats isn't great and you get someone overly tall sat in front of you, watching the movie is impossible, unless you sit on an angle, twisted in your own seat and watching between the 2 heads in front of you. I was uncomfortable and couldn't see the middle part (main pat) of the screen, missing most of the action from the movie. I'm 5f2. My boyfriend is 5f10 and even he had problems seeing the whole screen.Staff are lovely though and the service we received was great.I will however think twice about visiting again or at least paying extra for less benefits.
Good parking, accessible, reasonably priced cinema tickets and cinema related food, clean, good seats and sound not too loud. Only criticism is the poor pedestrian access from the parking area we were in. We had to walk on the road.
Very good value cinema experience now due to cutting of ticket prices. Under 18.00 in total for three adults is excellent pricing for the latest films. I never buy drinks or snacks as they now seem to cost more than your tickets.
The actual screening of the film was fantastic, the chairs were comfortable and quality was outstanding. However the public toilets were a sham. The male toilets were covered in a thin layer of liquid. And the disabled toilet didn't have anywhere to wash your hands... Only reason it didn't get 5 stars
Now that it's 4.99 for a general ticket it's really good value. Most or all screens have some VIP rows with comfier seats. They do all the usual foods (which has come to include quite a few hot things over the years) and their lattes are surprisingly really nice, better than some coffee shops.
