This is a lovely pets at home, my boyfriend and I go for everything pet related (other than to get our fish, only because we prefer an aquatic shop for those.)The staff know what they are talking about and genuinely try to help their customers with any inquiries. My only problem is the size of the cages/enclosures for the animals but this is the same for every pet shop - at least here the animals are handled often.
The staff were very helpful and found a great little harness for our puppy. They even have him a couple of treats.
