A fairly large store, good selection. Sadly didn't have what I needed though. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Wonderful caring place. Receptionists remember you from previous visits ask about your pet and share their experiences with own pets. Wish I could get same appointment satisfaction with my own surgery.!
Absolutely fantastic pet store, lovely staff and great selection. We keep reptiles and amphibians, and they're welcome in store just as much as dogs and cats, plus the staff know about them too. Good vouchers too from the loyalty scheme, and good discounts on buying multiple boxes of live food or bags of frozen.
Jeni, Jamie, Tascha and i think Amy are wonderful! They have helped me with some very poorly black moor goldfish and are always helpful! Highly recommended!
Staff are knowledgeable and seem to know the pets they are selling pretty well.The range they stock is also pretty wide and I have never had problems getting food or pet supplies for any of my pets, even my reptiles and amphibians.
