Started out as a positive experience, we were able to try out the trike in question and had no problems ordering. The issue came afterwards, the trike delivered had several faults and had to be returned. This was done in a timely fashion and we were told we would be called with an update.Unfortunately this update never came and several days later we made the call to find out what was happening. The response was a full refund could be offered or 100 off an ex display model. This latter offer was turned down given that it was not very generous (less than 10% of a used product) and thus not very attractive. We stated we wanted a new replacement but were told this was not possible. The model was being re designed and not available until the end of the year.Given we had spent money on accessories such as helmets and lights for the trike it was very disappointing to be told our only real option was a refund. As such the experience has been frustrating and left us out of pocket (trip to York and cost of accessories). Not something I would want to repeat.
Well made and fun to ride. This trike seems built to last. Local dealer in Stevenage, Scuff Wheels, are a very helpful local resource too .
Purchased a trike last week for my dad .Bike shop in error put the pedals on wrong and threaded them . Called Jorvik and they sent me a new set out free of charge.Trike now fully built and looking really good .Took dad a few rides to get used to but hes loving the new found freedom he now has.Thumbs up from me thanks Jorvik
Had a great experience with this company. Tricycle had a knock in transit, so they immediately sent out a new part and they even put a free lock in there as a apology. Had the trike built and its fab....Thanks Jorvik
