This is a fantastic shop, I highly recommend it. I have collected my new Flourish 3 today and have once again received fantastic customer service from Fiona. My first visit 2 weeks ago was amazing. I was a little nervous but quickly felt relaxed as Fiona and Phoebe were friendly and welcoming. Fiona gave gold star customer service. She really took the time to ensure that I got the correct size/style of bike and saddle type for me. I collected my bike today and I've just had a fab test ride. The bike is so light and rides like a dream. The saddle is great. Fiona set it up perfectly before I left. (The bike got compliments from other ladies on the cycle path ...yes, it's beautiful too which is a bonus!)I am so glad I travelled to Liv York. After discouraging experiences in local shops where there was nothing to fit my petite frame or feeling ignored by uninterested staff, this shop is a breath of fresh air. You can book a personal shopper type of appointment too which would be great for non-local customers. We parked in the Sainsburys car park nearby ( first hour is free). We paid to park but got the fee back when we popped in for a few bits of shopping and presented our ticket. I'll be going back in a month or so for my free new bike service.
