Want a wonderful experience. Had a technical emergency on a film set which required some specific items. Whilst in there I purchased a few other items as the range was just what I needed. They not only sold cycle bits but had a leaf blower which I thought we needed. As it turned out we already had one and so needed to return it. The staff we happy to refund the item and didnt even charge a handelling charge which is unusual to say the least. So happy we found the Shannon cycle centre. I can highly recommend
Staff here are unhelpful and often rude, and everything is overpriced. I have spent a considerable amount of money here, but customer service has never been what I expected. They once purposely misled me on a purchase, which was supposed to be an accessory for a product I bought from them, but was incompatible. They refused to refund me, and I eventually managed to convince them to swap it for the correct item, but only after considerable time and effort.I would recommend going somewhere else for gear, even if that means traveling further afield, as although they stock a good range of bits, youll pay less and have a nicer experience elsewhere.
Had my ebike for 6 weeks with them and they did not know how to repair it. Not once have they contacted me to update me of the situation. Had to chase after them to get updates. I bought a Wisper 705ES ebike from an elder couple who used it very little. In one year I used it little myself. A fault occured so I took it to Shannon, which is a Wisper cycles dealer. They had to consult Wisper, acted at their instructions. They used trial and error method to try and fix it. With the long wait, the total absence of contact from them I finally took the bike elsewhere. I had to pay for the time they spent on the bike.
bought a bike last year for an Xmas present and have only just took it back for a free service which was done no problem. Needed a tyre and tube, wheels straightened, brakes adjusted all done quickly and very good price. Great customer care and highly recommend.
