If I could give less I would. This are only scammers. their expectation on the condition on the car on the return are UNREAL. I just got charged an IMMENSE amount of money for 3 scratches. Avoid If you do not want to pay WAAAAAY more than they say.
Having been a customer for seven months I'm suddenly invoiced 85 for 'damage' to previous car that was actually returned in better condition than I picked it up in! Also charged for fuel top up when it was returned with same amount as collected, yet gave me my current car with 1/8 of a tank! No deals for long-standing and loyal customers and only 1 or 2 staff that actually give a damn! Will be cancelling my rolling contract after last couple of days and really cannot now recommend.
Autohorn did everything spot on. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new lease car.
Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. The car was filthy upon arrival. It was handed back clean throughout. I have received no correspondence on where my 500 deposit has gone. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! I have never felt the need to write a review before and do not moan easily.
