Great group of guys working there and a nice car.
We had chosen Enterprise as our storage unit down the road had an agreement of 42.00 for a van for 24 hours which both Enterprise and the storage place had confirmed. Only for some guy eating a chicken sandwich inbetween conversation on the front desk tells me to pay 100 more on the day, said member of staff attempted to blame a 'trainee' for miscommunication of fees. Even though everything had been agreed a week before and their own colleague sat next to them agreeing also. I don't know whether they're on some form of up selling or commission but trying to charge me a ton more and then refusing to gain clarity on the matter other than calling the 'trainee' assumabley on her day off just to prove she might be wrong(but isnt) is pretty poor going. Why not ring the storage place and once again gain clarity? Rather than pass the book. All I've heard since is about the high staff turnover which is probably why there is a loss in communication on local business agreements.After saying all that, a guy called Graham who works there completely went the extra mile to make sure the issue was recitfied and for this reason only I probably would consider using enterprise again. Awful costumer service experience. Definitely not renting there again
Have used multiple times, staff are always friendly and helpful. Have found a few times there aren't enough staff on duty to deal with the people waiting, so have had to wait a little while.Cars have always been fine - as you'd expect from a large rental company. Never had a problem returning cars, even if dirty, or if they'd gained a teeny tiny scuff while with us.
