Amazing prices, the cheapest laundrette I found in York and you really get the money's worth as the amount of clothes you can put in a machine is very generous!

Wrong price displayed for 40lb wash. 7 for a 31 minute, 40lb wash ? How can you possibly clean 40lb in 31 minutes ? The lady there corrected my wash to a hot wash whilst the water was running through the powder which I'd bought for 1. I had asked if the small tub of powder she sold me for 50p would be enough for a pre wash. She said I could buy two tubs. I didn't know it was a 31 minute wash until I came back from the shop and felt the porthole to feel how hot it was. it was cold. I asked why and was told because it was rinsing. I waited 10 minutes and felt for heat again. there was none so I asked why ? To cut a long story short I was then insulted called a racist shouted at to get out of their laundrette. These people are stealing. I've travelled all over the country and this is the most dishonest laundrette business I have come across. I demanded my money back because nothing was clean and I could not believe I was been forced out with completely wet clothing and bedding all because I questioned their services.
