When my shirts were first collected there were black marks on both of them - clearly from something done during the cleaning process. When I pointed this out to the employee it was dismissed. After seeing my initial grumble on here the owner contacted me to rectify the issue. Pleased to say that the second time they are cleaner than ever. This is a family company who seems to care about customer satisfaction. I'll be using them again despite my initial experience
Left the wife's dress last week and asked how much he looked at the dress and said seen as its not silk 9.50. Picked up today 14 ! I said why he said because it's a full length dress. That's a 50% increase on the price quoted !

I went to monarch last week and the elderly guy who owns it lost my laundry he issued me with full refund but i wouldnt recomend to anyone except for maybe a polish . very poor .
